Bill Bullock

Bill has responsibility for managing the Direct and Indirect sales team as well as originating new lease acquisitions.

Prior to joining ATEL, Bill was a successful business development manager at Key Equipment Finance, Wells Fargo Equipment Finance and Mellon US Leasing.

In his career, Bill has sourced and closed over $1 billion of transactions from corporations such as Walmart, Google, IBM Corporation, BNSF Railway, Cargill, Dow Chemical, BASF, Berkshire Hathaway, Union Pacific and many other Fortune 500 companies.

Bill started his career on the asset management side for Equitable Life Leasing, and McDonnell Douglas Finance Corporation.

Bill was Chairman of the Equipment Leasing and Finance Association’s (ELFA’s) Independent Steering Council, a member of the ELFA Equipment Management Committee, is a frequent presenter at industry events, and author of many publications. He holds a B.S. degree in Finance from San Diego State University.
