ATEL Investor Services provides information and account assistance to existing unit holders and their Registered Representatives.

Our Investor website allows investors to access a number of features offered on the site including access to recent distribution information and printable current year Schedule K1 tax forms.

If you need assistance accessing ATEL’s Investor website go to password reset, enter your account identification number and follow the onscreen prompts to manage your password.

ATEL Investor Services can:

Provide answers to questions about your alternative investment account.

Provide assistance to investors wishing to make changes to an account, such as address changes and changes to distribution destinations. Please Note: Forms must be received by the 10th of the month in order to process requests for that month’s distribution.

Provide requirements and forms to re-register or transfer units on an existing account. Please Note: Re-registrations and transfers are processed on a monthly basis only. All required documentation and signatures must be submitted by the last day of the prior month for an effective date of the first of the following month.
