Mike Zwick

Mike’s focus is on originating FMV (true leases) thru existing and new relationships by calling on equipment dealers, captives, banks and others. He is extremely well-known in the leasing industry and has been a participant in the industry conferences for over 25 years.

Mike is responsible for more than $2 billion of true lease career fundings as well as spearheading an advanced true lease ruling with the IRS (Revenue Procedure 75-21). Additionally, Mike at his former company, Equilease Financial Services, was responsible for the marketing of 35 transactions including portfolio sales worth more than $1.5 billion

Mike is a graduate of New York University in finance and public accounting. He is active at the Fieldston School in New York City. Mike and his wife Lesley have two 2 sons Adam and Harry.
