Stephanie Komsa

Stephanie is part of the institutional client relations team for ATEL’s private debt funds. Stephanie is also responsible for developing and driving our institutional client growth strategies as well as firm media and marketing initiatives.

Stephanie brings 15+ years of experience in venture capital investing, fund operations, investor relations, and business development. After deal-focused roles in emerging markets private equity, she co-raised a $40M first-time fund and served as Head of Investor Relations and Operations at Quona Capital, a global venture capital firm focused on fintech investments. More recently, Stephanie led fundraising and business development initiatives at two Bay Area startups.     

Stephanie holds a Master of Arts degree in International Relations and Economics from the Johns Hopkins School of Advanced International Studies (SAIS) and a Bachelor of Arts degree from Drew University.
